Returns Policy
Our commitment
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase is not suitable, we offer a simple and transparent return procedure.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return an item, in accordance with French legislation (art. L.221-18 of the Consumer Code).
Return conditions
To be accepted, any returned item must:
- Be in its original condition, unworn and undamaged
- Be in its complete original packaging (box, pouch, certificate if applicable)
- Not have been personalized or modified at your request
Jewelry showing signs of wear, oxidation, or deterioration cannot be returned.
Return procedure
- Contact us via our Contact page, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will confirm receipt by email within 48 hours.
- Return the item to the indicated address, in secure packaging and with postal tracking.
Return costs
Return costs are borne by the Customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Refund
After receiving and checking the package, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method as the original purchase. You will receive an email confirmation.
Non-refundable items
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, personalized items (engraving, custom modification) are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
