Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between La Griotte (hereinafter "the Seller") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Customer") wishing to make a purchase via the website lagriotte.com.

2. Products

The jewelry presented on the website is described with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs are non-contractual and may show slight color variations due to lighting conditions or display settings.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC). La Griotte reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced at the rate in force at the time the order is validated.

4. Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer. La Griotte reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an unavailable product, a pricing error, or suspicion of fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or via the payment solutions offered at the time of order. Transactions are secured. No banking information is stored on our servers.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped to mainland France and to the countries indicated at the time of order. Delivery times are given for information purposes only. La Griotte cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or force majeure events.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons. Return costs are borne by the Customer. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging.

8. Returns and refunds

Any return must be reported by email to the contact address available on the website before returning the package. The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product, by the same payment method used during the purchase.

9. Warranties

Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

10. Personal data

Personal data collected during the order is used solely for processing the order and is not transferred to third parties, in accordance with the GDPR. To exercise your rights, contact us via the Contact page.

11. Applicable law

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the competent courts of France will be seized.
